About My 365 Journey

My 365 Journey is a journal unlike any other. A 1-year challenge, that focuses on self-development and creating a positive impact for those around you.

A journal that does more than just let you write down your feelings, but actively gets you to set goals, enhance your physical and mental wellbeing and provide you spontaneous tasks that help you live your best life, whilst being kind to those around you.

Every 28 days you set fitness or hobby goals to provide short term goals and each day you will find a new task to get you doing something you wouldn’t ordinarily do. We have curated a selection of tasks and actions to motivate you and help you whilst break the norm.

Our daily tasks fall into 4 categories, self care, social wellbeing, experiences and a little bit of financial assessment and savings. You may find yourself going to a new restaurant, making a cake, donating old belongings to others, volunteering or even learning some new skills. Each week is different, and every day is a new adventure!

Some daily tasks repeat regularly to aid in consistent good habits, whilst others may only appear once or twice, so keep an open mind and do your best to complete every challenge.

Success is all about consistency, doing the same thing over and over again so it becomes habit and you succeed. Therefore, My 365 Journey is dedicated to goal setters or anyone that wants to become a better version of themselves!

Document your journey and see how you evolved!

Our journal is not about writing every day, as the goal is for you to enjoy new experiences and to aid your personal development; however, throughout the book we will ask you questions, give you short written assignments, as well as give you monthly goals and reflection tasks.

We will ask you to take photographic and video evidence of yourself and your experiences, paired with instructions for you to share content on your social media, so you can share with the world your transformations and hopefully inspire others along the way.

Additionally, will also ask you insert a photo at the beginning of your journey, as well as at the end so you can see your evolution over the year. Whether it is a physical transformation or a mental transformation, either way, we want you to end the journey feeling better on both the inside and the out.

Lastly, My 365 Journey will ask you to share content to our platform where we will safely store your digital experiences. You can opt to keep it personal or opt for us to share your content on our social media. The more media and examples of positivity we receive, the more we can create a positive community of people working and encouraging each other.

Turn your memories into a highlight reel

My 365 Journey is not your ordinary journal and throughout the book, we will invite you to upload photos and videos to our platform, so you can document and save all the memories you experience.

All data will be safely stored and we will not share any of your content with anyone unless you opt in for us to share it on our social media channels. No one else can log into your account, so you can share your most personal and raw content here, without the worry of anyone seeing it.

At the end of the year, you can login into your account and request your personal highlights reel!

The more videos and photos you upload to our platform, the better video we can make for you, so make sure you utilize this facility!

My 365 Journey is for anyone that wants to set themselves a personal challenge and dedicate 365 days to self-improvement. Many of our users are overcoming grief, want to improve relationships with others around them or want to challenge themselves to be a better and happier version of themselves, or just want to try something new. Therefore, this experience is for everyone!

The 365 Journey is different to typical journals as we focus on creating experiences and enhancing relationships. We set 28-day fitness/hobby goals, paired with daily tasks to break your norm and encourage you to live a more proactive and fulfilled life.

Our daily tasks can be divided into 4 sections, experiences, personal wellbeing, social connections and a small portion about personal finances. One day you could be setting a fitness challenge for yourself the next contacting long lost friends. Many of the tasks repeat throughout the book, as the key to success is consistency.

Not at all. Some may push you to do things you wouldn’t ordinarily do, but there is nothing too challenging about the tasks. The key is to keep an open mind and motivate yourself to do the tasks daily.

Every 28 days you may set fitness or hobby goals to challenge yourself mentally or physically. Whether it is learn a language for 20 minutes a day or walk 10,000 steps, the challenge is up to you.You may set the frequency of your tasks and the time allocated to each. Each week, we have inserted 2 mandatory tasks, once a week read an inspiring book, as well as stretch your body twice a week.

We understand that not all tasks can be done on the day, but you must complete them at your nearest opportunity. We also provide a page in the book where you can register tasks that you have not been able to complete yet.

Yes, you will need the book everyday throughout the experience. Take it with you wherever you go.

No, please do the allocated task given on the day. Try not to look ahead in the book and focus on the moment.
