At MY 365 JOURNEY, we want you to feel confident in your purchase of our guided journals and other products. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns, refunds, and exchanges may be requested.

Returns

You may request a return of eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order if the items do not meet your expectations.

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at [email protected], providing your order details and the reason for your request. Our team will respond within 48 hours with further instructions.

Conditions for Returns

  • Unboxing Proof: A continuous, unedited unboxing video is required to verify the product’s condition upon delivery. 
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. 
  • Exclusions: Products purchased during promotions, pop-up events, or through third-party platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia) are not eligible for return or refund. 

Requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined. 

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued in the form of store credit for future purchases on our website. Shipping fees, including return postage, are non-refundable. 

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval status. If approved, store credit will be added to your account. 

Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to product availability. 

To qualify, the returned item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items purchased during promotions, pop-up events, or via third-party platforms are not eligible for exchange.

International Customers

For customers outside Indonesia, we recommend requesting a refund for store credit rather than an exchange, due to the higher cost and complexity of international shipping.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked items.
